About Christina & RedCloverQuilts:

I have been sewing for nearly all of my life, and quilting for just as long. I have been teaching for 20 years, leading classes at all different skill levels.
Learning to quilt became my passion before pursuing a career as an engineer. Studying the history of quilting has allowed me to explore traditional and contemporary designs in both fabrics and construction.
As a parent, I have had the opportunity volunteer at numerous local schools to alter many costumes, uniforms, and formal attire. Since my kids have graduated, I am currently a member of Stone House Quilt Guild, which has allowed me to be able to participate in different endeavors.

My Philosophy:
Sewing is a sustainable life skill. It encourages and empowers individuals to reuse and repurpose fabric and garments in new and creative ways. I believe everyone has artistic talent. It is my honor to help you find, explore, and enjoy learning to sew. Your project is YOUR art, and I take pride and joy in helping to facilitate your creative process.

Why choose
Red Clover Quilts?
I will always prioritize your learning process through your art in a way that works with your creative process. With me, you are learning both the how and the why of sewing through the hands-on approach I take to teaching. In other words, it is not just how your piece is stitched, but why it works, and why other methods may not be as strong.
You complete a project, but you also walk away with the ability and agency to create on your own with fidelity and confidence.
