Skill Level: Confident Beginner
Pre-requisites: Completion of Intro to Quilting or confidence in skills taught in the class
Have you ever seen a pattern you like, but then decide not to make it once you know the finished size?
This class is about making quilts the size you want and adjusting/scaling the block sizes accordingly.
There is some basic math involved to make nearly any quilt pattern into a table topper, wall hanging, or throw-sized quilt. The intent of this class is to walk you through the math to help you build your confidence in the more technical side of quilting.
In addition to learning how to properly scale projects, you will also learn design techniques like Square in a Square, Flying Geese, and Half Square Triangle (HST) and keeping those points looking sharp!
